Motel accommodation , one minute off Pacific Highway Taree south, catering for budget conscious families and individuals who are seeking a hot shower, clean bed and good old-fashioned friendly service, all of that ,without breaking the bank!

We expect a very high standard of cleanliness from our housemaids.

Maintenance issues are attended to as soon as reported to management.

General Information

Check In : From 2 PM to 10 PM
Check Out : 9.30 AM
Reception Hours : 2 PM until 10 PM
After Hours : If you plan arriving after 10 PM, no problem. Just call us before 9 PM and pay for the room. We will SMS you instructions on how to access your room.
Car Parking : We have ample parking for cars, boats and trailers. small and large trucks.

If pulling a trailer, stop on the street and we will show you where to park. Otherwise you might get stuck in a tight corner!!!!
Getting There : Coming from the north (Queensland) take the second Taree exit. near the big service centre.

Coming from the south (Sydney) take the first Taree exit near the big service centre.

Proceed through two roundabouts and we are located on the left about 700 metres from the highway.

Look for the Motel sign with a KOALA BEAR on it.

Caution: when programing your GPS device, make sure you specify "Taree South", otherwise you might end up at the wrong end of Taree!!

The service centre is 60 seconds away and has a 24HR McDonalds (aren't we lucky!), a KFC, a SUBWAY and a COOLABAH TREE CAFE.

Between them they compete for your business.

Our rooms are equipped with refrigerator (empty, sorry), jug, toaster and microwave oven. Supermarkets are open till late in town.

Families: We don't supply cutlery and plates, so bring your own for the kids.

Many restaurants deliver to your room. If everything else fails, there is always the friendly DOMINO PIZZA delivery boy!.

For breakfast, most travellers stop at the service centre.

Deposits are taken for multiple room/nights only. Call us

Cancellation Policy

If you give us 48hrs notice (48 hours before 2 PM on the check in date)and you have already paid for the room, we will refund your payment in full by crediting the same credit card.

If you give us 24 hrs notice (2 pm the previous day) We will refund 50% of your payment.

No Show Policy

If you do not show after you have paid for the room,, the first night accommodation is charged

Child Policy

Children must be kept under close supervision whilst inside and outside the room in order to avoid disturbing other guests.

Check-in Policy

Other Policy

We have a noise curfew at 9.30 PM. This is because our other guests have paid to have a quiet night sleep. Please respect their rights.

Noisy and unruly behaviour is not tolerated for the same reason as above.
